We are not responsible for Lost, Damaged, or Stolen packages/mail. Every issue will be handled on a case by case basis, if you need help with an order please email headtoheadbattles@gmail.com.

If you want to RETURN an item you have 15 days after you have received the product. Every item must be returned with its original packaging intact as well as all the ORIGINAL contents of the package as well. You can return it for a full refund or a different product from the original.

Every item is inspected before it gets packed BUT if it does get damaged via transit ONLY partial refunds will be given as we are not responsible for it getting damaged in transit.

  5. Combining Pre-Order and In-Stock Items: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we will wait until all items are available before shipping the entire order together. If you prefer to receive the in-stock items first, please place separate orders.

  10. Pre-Order Price Guarantee: The price you pay for a pre-order item is the price listed at the time of purchase. Even if the item's price changes before the release or shipment date, you will not be required to pay the increased price.
